8 days closer to a healthier me

Goals Achieved:
Exercised 7 out of 7 days (cardio 6 days, strength 3 days, flexibility/yoga 1 day)
Lost 2.4 lbs
Made healthy low cal high fiber apple pie
Very little “cheating” (ate a few tbsp of chocolate chips and raisins) at the beginning of last week….lesson learned: don’t have chocolate lying about; don’t skip healthy snacks and become ravenous….
Strategy for this week:
continue healthy diet…do lower body strengthening on Mon/Thurs, upper body on Tues/Fri, abs on Wed/Sat. Jackie Warner DVDs have short circuits for each area; it will be easier to work in 15min sessions each day than to do 3 long Total body sessions every week. Continue daily cardio intervals on the treadmill…focus on adding “steps” to regular activities (park further away from stores, school,etc).
